Wow! It seems forever since my last newsletter or since I've updated my website! I guess that’s what happens when life comes along and presents an endless list of challenges and loved ones who need your attention.
The good news is that cooler temperatures have finally arrived in New Orleans and the website is being updated now. The other good news is that the release of my next book WHAT THE MILLIONAIRE WANTS (January 2008) is just a month away. This is my first book set in post-Katrina New Orleans and I'm very excited about it. I hope you will be, too. Other good news—I was recently honored with the President’s Award and named the St. Tammany Parish Literary Artist of 2007. Also, I've been asked to serve as Grand Marshal of the Christmas Parade in Mc Comb, Mississippi on Saturday, December 1st. If you're in the area, please come by to see me and Santa.
